Full description of wedding and ordering

1. Choose your color pallet
2. Build your wedding by choosing the items and options and adding them to your cart
3. Choose a pick-up-date in the cart. We recommend the morning of your event.
4. Pay a 25% deposit and check out.
5. You will receive an instant receipt in your email.
6. Within 24 hours, we will send an invite email to our “Flower Planner.” Think of it as your personal portal to Stems that will give you 24/7 access to the Stems Wedding team for questions or changes.
7. Your next 25% payment is due at the one month to your event mark
8. Final payment is due prior to pick-up of your flowers.
9. We will call you the week of your event to talk over any specific information you might need in regards to your flowers and reminder of your final payment.
